First blog about birding, just got new bins

Wow I just got my new binoculars and I wanted to try them out but very rainy and dreadful here in New Jersey today. I live in South Jersey to be more specific. I guess I will keep trying them from the house. I have a nice wooded lot with many trees so hoping to see one bird today. Will let you know later. bye for now, dolores
